What People Are Saying

Social media is filled with videos of cord cutting rituals, and I had always wondered to what extent it would work for the person receiving the service, so this PDF drop caught my eye. The way you related your work and line of practice was ingenious, and I had never thought that these experiences were chances for karmic clearing. It made me realize that this is what I had been seeking out for so long, but I never knew how to approach it in a way that felt right. I didn't know where to begin, so I kept running away and essentially stalling/bypassing my rite of passage. This PDF was the perfect reminder that the only way out is through, and no one else can go through it but you. Thank you for the reminder to meet myself where I am and be okay with that without always wanting "more" or "better".

The read was gut wrenching but a relief to digest. I love how each chapter explains what voices to distinguish from and how it suability or either violently nudges you to be aware of your own beliefs, patterns or incarnated conditioning . My favorite chapters was Sprits With Developed Consciousness and Altered Timelines. It meant the would to me to read into something that i have had a key idea of what things were that i have and am experiencing but couldn’t quite comprehend all together. Thank you Nikhol!

Nikhol is an eloquent writer, and I believe her writing on paper is just as potent as the words she speaks. It captivates, translates, and resonates .These reads were needed, and as a lot of people have said, they were right on time. I specifically want to touch on (all pun intended) Let Your Body Talk. As an adolescent, I was more open with my sexuality and self-pleasure, but I allowed certain life experiences/relationships and MEDIA to shut me out of my body and let others have control over MY pleasure. It was what I THOUGHT I desired. But I never took a moment for stillness. I had become disconnected from my senses and a junkie for the instant gratification. Let Your Body Talk honestly felt like an extension of a Homecoming Session (iykyk), and I had a TIME. You will feel SO many feelings if you allow yourself to. And it'll make you wanna come (back) again and again- Don't be shy!

1) The read was phenomenal. I love how it gave me more insight and more clarity on where i stand as a Gen-Z Black woman. Loved the chapter about “Gen Z’’s alchemical advantage”.” Since we find everything funny. I felt seen with how my generation uses our laughter and gesturing to cope and transmute during these times of Americas heavy transformation. The rest of the PDF gave so much confirmation. On how much of an advantage we really have as we stay on the very land that we can transform and evolve with. 2) The read was a fantastic gauge on looking back at my past experiences with weed. As someone that has had so-called bad trips, this has gave me more insight on how I didn’t nourish or addressed my body’s needs in the past. To having extreme experiences with weed like lots of mind chatter, seeing people true emotions emit from their body. To even seeing how deep my addictions were & noticing my uncomfortability in the body. I also love how the PDF stated, do you even like the people that you’re around? or how was your environment like? and did you stretch prior? I love how certain questions were given to the reader to ask themselves when it comes to gauging their past or current experiences with weed and how comfortable they are in the body prior. 10/10 Read!

Great! I was particularly excited about this one because while I am housed, I'm always looking for how to take practical steps towards my next move. In this case its been understanding and looking for help on how to improve my credit score. The credit card debt had to be managed first. But the resources provided are so helpful, especially considering financial literacy is a struggle area for me. This makes whatever way I choose possible. Forever grateful for Nikhol and her dedication!
