Tier 3: Creator Development
Tier 3 is for Creators that are already aware of what their offering, why and are interested in creating a sustainable momentum to back their creations and adjust things if they find that what they originally intended on creating. Additionally, these creators will serve as the backbone of my woman-led economy, Exodus Estate as far as the primary generators of sustainable creations that give our estate it's value and support it's families.
PS: When you subscriber to higher Tiers, you will retain access to ALL lower tier content. Also, please bare in mind that in order to be granted a ticket to our annual summit, you must be subscribed to this membership for at least 6 months. If you are subscribed for less time than that, you will not qualify to attend.
Virtual Workshops & Local Costa Rican Workshops
I feel that essential skills and trade are something that are not being emphasized, especially given the political climate of countries like America, and given the rise in conscious eating and living. Oftentimes I see workshops around herbalism and pottery, but very seldom do I see workshops on food storage and how to grow and soil quality and water filtration, water sourcing, things that will really matter if the governmental resources that many of us utilize on a daily were to be taken.
And so between virtual workshops from people with skills and trade in the U.S. or in any other country, or whether it be local Costa Ricans that are teaching the ways in which they’ve maintained this land for all of these years, this very beautiful, lush land, I want to have a platform that hosts unique essential skills and trade that you don’t see talked about every day, that yield information that you would have never known, that no one would have ever thought to teach. I want to make it available and easily accessible.
Creator Scouting + Review & Creator of The Month Shoutouts/Promo
I feel that beyond myself and the people that are popular and or trending, that get leveraged from popular platforms and magazines, there are a slew of creators that are very gifted, very unique, and are doing things that we’ve never even seen before that deserve just as much attention, just as much of a platform as the people that are on these larger platforms that have maybe the capital or the connections to leverage themselves.
And while I feel that some things are too special for the masses, I also feel that certain things could really change the trajectory of people’s lives and deserve to land on whoever resonates and finds them placed in the right spaces at the right time.
Alongside of that, every month I plan on choosing a creator that I’ve been made privy to through you guys’ scouting or creators that are within this subscription that I felt deserved more attention. And it will be chosen either at random or just if it’s something that really pulled at me.
Essential Resource Swapping & Ticket To Annual Creator’s Summit In Costa Rica
I feel that a lot of women, families and creators the same are not where they could be because there is not a lack of resources but a lack of access and connectivity channels to resources. I think that the world at large is abundant in all types of resources that people just aren’t taking advantage of because they don’t know they’re there, which is why scarcity becomes a thing. But I don’t think resources are very scarce at all.
So within this space I also want us to share resources, and I will create a private spreadsheet for it. Not only are we going to be doing resource swapping, which can be both tangible or intangible, but everybody that is subscribed to this here for at least 6 months as a probationary period will get a ticket to the annual creators summit that I will be hosting with a slew of other locals and creators here in Costa Rica.
