Pioneers of Living Paradigms
Tier 4 is for those that are pioneers of entirely new, living paradigms that have not been spiritually compromised at their origins. The subscribers of this tier are ready to take bigger steps towards the cultivation of my estate (or their own) through sacred commerce and the engagement levels necessary to ensure that all force of commerce and exchange done are spiritually sustainable. Additionally, they will have the opportunities to play important roles in many facets of Phase 1 of The Exodus Estate.
PS: When you subscriber to higher Tiers, you will retain access to ALL lower tier content. Also, please bare in mind that in order to facilitate at our annual summit, you must be subscribed to this membership for at least 6 months. If you are subscribed for less time than that, you will not qualify to facilitate.
First Dibs On Being Considered As A Core Member of The Exodus Estate
The Exodus estate will be comprised of a core team, with me as the founder, and that core team has a variety of roles that they can play.
Role Options
On-site in Costa Rica: assisting with day-to-day developmental tasks.
Off-site / Remote: living in your country of residence, working virtually to contribute, or visiting every so often to contribute a couple of times a year, at your discretion.

When subscribed to this particular tier:
I will watch how you interact with other subscribers.
I will listen to your input when we discuss things concerning the development of the Exodus estate.
From there, I will pull some of you aside that I feel a level of resonance with.

I encourage you to go through the six-month academy.
Or you may simply be a part of the core team, depending on my perspective and interpretation of your present spiritual infrastructure.
Discernment
It’s not that I am judging people based off of what I see, I’m judging people based off what I envision for the estate.
If I feel that I don’t have a firm grip on that, I will recommend that you fill out a form for the six-month academy.
This allows me to see for myself in person, under a significant level of pressure and observation, if you’d be a good fit as a core team member.

I have a spreadsheet that I got from Fiverr a while ago, and I am working with a company called Living the Off-Grid Dream that I am doing a do-for-you service with, where they craft my pitch deck, my business plan, and pitch it to a list of over a thousand investors.
Investor Contacts & Resource Sharing
If I am to get into contact with any of those investors and I don’t end up working with them, I would be more than happy to share their contacts as well as the spreadsheet of contacts that I already have.
When people join this membership or reach out to me personally wanting to invest into my project, and I don’t feel like they’re a good fit for me, I’m willing to share their contacts as well.
I’m hoping that all subscribers of this particular tier, if they have investors in their immediate network, can do the same.
Because there are people that have their business together, that have their ducks in a row. And if we were more vocal about the resources that we have, both tangibly or within our networks in the form of connections, I think that things could happen a lot easier as far as the materialization of a lot of our visions.

Updates will include: the different investors that I’ve come into contact with, what they’ve asked for, what they were looking for, what I didn’t have together, and just different things that I learn in the process that will refine my awareness of what investors are looking for.

And lastly, there are a ton of lucrative ideas that I’ve come up with for this area here on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica and Puerto Viejo.
Something that I’ve realized about this area is that there are so many things missing as far as resources, extracurricular activities, lifestyle outlets, etc., that I know for a fact if someone were to come and bring that business idea to the area that it would be very lucrative because it’s just simply not here.
Some of these ideas are import-based.
Others are service industry-based.
Others are lifestyle-based.
But I already have a list and will continue to add to that list as I scope this area that I’ve lived in for over seven years. And if you or your family end up wanting to come out here, buy a property, make it an investment property, and or open up a business on this side, I could assist with a lucrative business idea that you can utilize based on pretty reliable statistics.
Scouting Ethical Entertainment, Vanity & Recreational Roles
One of the main points of attraction outside of sovereignty, community resonance, and creating a legacy for our children and bloodlines is entertainment, vanity, and recreation.
While many of these things have been written off as mundane, surfaced, or low vibrational, I think there is a way for them to be ethically weaved into a project of this caliber.
