    To be clear, you will not be selling properties, you will simply be fulfilling tasks that will assist with strategy, pitching to the right crowds/spaces and/or utilizing your own expertise to contribute to magnetizing ideal clients with large budgets to earn a percentage of my large commissions and eventually, earn the same cut!

  • Training

    Based on where you are the most proficient, I will give you a run down of our team, the packages we offer and the types of prospects we are looking for. You are not required to relocate for this position; however, it would be beneficial to at least visit to experience the economic climate Costa Rica to better scout prospects and refine our strategies.

  • Earn

    I am looking for people that add to what I’ve already got going on; from pitching strategies to diplomatic outreach to networking in a way that funnels back our team. This opportunity is not only a stepping stone for income, but a chance to learn about property development, sustainable building and permaculture abroad!

Your Percentage: How Much Can I Make

The key roles I am looking to fulfill go as followed:

  • Scouting groups that are ideal to pitch to (I.e. investment managers, day traders, etc.) to buy into our property packages

  • You have a network/following (online or offline) of high value aka knowing “People in higher places.”

  • Based on stats and the economy of the Puerto Viejo, pitching lucrative business ideas to new business owners or companies looking to expand

  • Marketing to people via diplomacy in a organic way during social outings & events

  • Conducting research and gathering stats on the economic climate of Puerto Viejo to integrate into pitches

I am seeking to have a team of 10 people starting out; 5 will be chosen during one of these Sales Calls and the last 5 will be chosen after my ‘The Body Is The Bank’ 5 Day Challenge.

  • Absolutely not! This work can be done from wherever. However, you should consider at least visiting so that you can get an in-person gauge of Costa Rica’s economic climate!

  • We do not offer any refunds for the $500 investment put toward training for these positions. However, you may put it toward the Academy associated with ‘The Body Is The Bank’ Challenge if you end up wanting to also pursue that of your own project development in addition to earning.

  • Absolutely not. Outside of being a marketer and copywriter for the company, I am also a referring agent that earns a pretty large commission; which is what you guys will start out earning a percentage of. Optimizing outreach strategies is all that is required for this position, but if you have a background in sales, feel free to use it! But as far as closing in on the sales, presentation, negotiating, etc., that is all done by the CEO.

  • No, this is not! I have custom curated the dynamic of this opportunity to optimize my position as a referring agent and create an high functioning team that can make my processes more efficient and thorough.

    However, before being able to work for the company and earn what I earn, you do have to prove that you can target and hold the interest of the right people (budget wise and spiritually) before the Founder will be opened to taking you on.

  • This opportunity is purely for earning, but it is highly advised to have your spiritual checks & balances in order (hence “The Body Is The Bank” Challenge).

    The Academy, on the other hand, is a 6 month intensive program that is tailored toward not only earning with my team, but learning how to scout land, create pitches + business plans for investors, scouting investors, scouting land and of course, access to our team of builders if you decide that you’d like to build here on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica!

    On Day 3 of the challenge, I will go into more detail about it and send out an intake form. On Day 5, I will select the next 5 people that I’d like to be apart of my team to earn, as well as students of the Academy!

  • If those roles go hand in hand, absolutely! If not, I will need to see if you thrive in your first position first before allowing you to move to another.

  • It’s about 50/50 because given the very humid client and the jungle’s termites woodworms, etc., if we build homes 100% sustainable, the jungle will eat it alive within a couple of months and many people have wasted their money doing so. However, we do integrate sustainable development methods such use of certain materials, maintaining the monkey connect, having a local shaman bless the land and integrating permaculture into each property.
