My gatherings in Costa Rica are designed to cultivate the substance and essence of what the estate represents—ensuring we embody it, rather than just replicate its appearance.

During these gatherings, we will share good food, experience presentations from a business partner of mine who develops properties I’m working alongside, and connect with other creators. You’ll have the chance to network, experience one another’s gifts, skills, and trades, and discern whether they align with the mission and essence of the estate.

We’ll also take intentional time to feel into one another—to sense which relationships, roles, and offerings are sustainable, and which are not—so that we can adjust long before any property is purchased. Workshops will be woven in so participants can both teach and learn essential skills, trades, and practices, strengthening the mission through inner currency rather than being centered on profit or fiat exchange.

Locals will also be integrated into these workshops. Their deeper history with the land offers essential practices that will safeguard the integrity of anything we choose to build here—especially as guests on soil that is not our native home.

Those in my core group will also gain access to international real estate opportunities. This includes earning commissions, being trained in the land development process, understanding how investment properties work here in Costa Rica, navigating the legalities, reading land typography, and other essential skills—especially if you plan to secure your own land abroad.

For example, it’s critical not to buy land that falls within indigenous territory, which is why having a skilled lawyer is non-negotiable. Our team is already equipped with the legal support to ensure these protections.

I’ll personally be playing the primary role as a digital marketer in this process and will be earning commission myself. Anyone who becomes part of my core team (or coven) will have the same opportunity to learn, participate, and benefit directly.

Capital & Funding

In the meantime, I am actively working with a company and a done-for-you service to secure funding for the estate. This company has already purchased land and built a 100% self-sustained off-grid community. They are assisting me with my pitch deck, business plan, and distribution to a list of over a thousand investors.

We hold monthly calls, and I am continuing to submit essential materials to support their process. During our entry calls, I will also be disclosing where I stand in this funding journey.

If this becomes the route that funds the estate, it will naturally extend into many of the areas we are already building within the International Real Estate Department. This is possible because I am a team member of Pura Vida Estate.

This inner circle will be comprised of people who have been here since day one—those who walked with me through The Body is the Bank Challenge. From that group, select participants will be invited into my Academy: a six-month intensive, three months in a virtual space and three months in Costa Rica.

In this Academy, you will show me how your magic bleeds into the seemingly mundane—how your spirit and your human move in rhythm with natural order. If you are truly compatible with myself and the core team that already exists, you may be invited into the core.

As a member of the core, you will be directly involved in the Exodus Estate, in the gatherings, in the land development process, and even in international real estate opportunities I will personally train you in.

Please note:

You will not be required to live on the estate property or with me. If you do want to live on the estate, you must play an essential role in its daily upkeep. Otherwise, I can and will guide you through land purchase, development, residency, and investment properties—whatever places you and your family in a position of security if you choose to relocate here.

Relocation is not a prerequisite. But at minimum, you must be willing to travel to Costa Rica for yearly summits. These will only be accessible to those who complete the six-month intensive. We will continue with cycles of these intensives until we have established a solid enough core team to step into the first phases of development.
